Love our homes? You can love our renovations, too. Your Home. Your Numbers. Zero Surprises. Centrum Renovations remodels homes on a cost-plus model. You see every invoice, every receipt, and every markup, so you always know where your money is going. Remodeling shouldn’t feel like a guessing game. Too many homeowners sign a fixed bid, then get hit with change orders and “unforeseen” costs halfway through. At Centrum, we work differently. You pay what the work actually costs, plus a clearly stated fee for managing it. Nothing is buried, and nothing is padded.
Centrum Renovations is part of Canoe Custom Homes, a family-owned builder serving the North Georgia area, so you get the same craftsmanship and care in a remodel. Founded in 2008, Centrum Renovations has helped homeowners elevate and update their homes for 18 years now. We strive to make your vision a reality, even if it is just a small upgrade.
